These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pack and Ship Sites website and the free consultations and website audits we offer through it. By using this website or submitting our consultation form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Pack and Ship Sites is a web design and digital growth agency that builds websites for independent pack-and-ship stores, mailbox centers, shipping stores, printing businesses, and business service centers. We are a technology and web design agency — we are not a shipping carrier and do not provide shipping services.

2. Use of This Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms
  • Attempt to interfere with the website's operation or security
  • Use automated tools to scrape or overload the site in ways that harm it
  • Use the site to transmit malicious code or unsolicited advertising

3. Consultations, Audits & Quotes

Free consultations and website audits are informational only. They reflect our professional judgment at the time, based on the information you give us, and do not create a client relationship or any obligation — for you or for us — to enter into a project together.

Any prices, timelines, or scopes discussed during a consultation are estimates and are not binding until set out in a signed agreement.

4. Client Engagements

Website design, SEO, and support projects are governed by a separate written agreement between Pack and Ship Sites and the client. If anything in these Terms conflicts with a signed client agreement, the client agreement controls for that project.

5. No Guarantee of Search Results

We build websites on proven SEO and AI-search fundamentals, but search visibility depends on many factors outside any agency's control. We do not guarantee specific Google rankings, placement in AI-generated answers, traffic levels, or lead volumes — and we encourage you to be cautious of anyone who does.

6. Intellectual Property

The content of this website — including its text, design, graphics, and code — belongs to Pack and Ship Sites and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our written permission, except as allowed by law (such as fair use).

Ownership of work we produce for clients is defined in the applicable client agreement.

7. Third-Party Links & Services

This website may link to third-party websites and loads certain third-party resources (such as web fonts). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Links do not imply endorsement.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pack and Ship Sites will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data — arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Our total liability arising from use of this website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and it does not apply to signed client agreements, which contain their own terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes arising from these Terms or this website will be resolved in the courts located in Williamson County, Texas.
